A fitness program can be started in five steps. These steps include assessing your fitness level, creating a workout plan, and performing strength, high-intensity cardio, mobility and recovery exercises. Certified Personal Trainers can help guide you through educational and hands-on sessions in a group setting, while online workout planners can help you create the workout plan you want. High Intensity Tactical Training Programs are also available for those looking for a comprehensive combat-focused Strength program.

OVERALL FITNESS

Overall fitness involves a combination of physical activities such as strength training, cardio or metabolic training, and static stretching. The key to achieving your fitness goals is devising ones that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely. We focus on a broad variety of techniques that can apply to anyone of all ages and skill levels. Strength and Conditioning, Plyometrics, Cross-Training and Fat Loss are common.

BODY MOBILITY

Mobility is the overall range of motion a person has within their body, most notably within the joints. It is incredibly important to one’s health and daily functioning. Increased mobility prevents you from getting injuries. It allows you to squat deeper, run faster, and train harder. Mobility is one of the keys to longevity in training. Working on mobility will also unleash A LOT of hidden potential in your body. Working on mobility will help you break through plateaus and improve your overall health. You also need mobility to get strong and move well.

"I have been working out with him for close to a year and one day 3 weeks ago, he noticed that my breathing patterns were irregular and that it was taking me longer to recover after doing sets of squats. He recommended that I get tested for possible heart conditions. I took his advice and my physician ordered a battery of tests on me. The CT Scan showed that I have an aortic aneurysm. I am now preparing to have open heart surgery in a few weeks. If it weren't for Brock and his swift attention to detail and care, then I would have died from this medical condition within a couple of years."

I love how he gives me tips, tricks, and tweaks to get the most out of every workout. I'm 25 and have never been stronger or more fit than I am now thanks to Brock, I even look better than I did in highschool! Working with Brock means that you get a trainer, a biggest fan, and a friend all in one. Brock goes above and beyond to support all of my goals and he has taught me how to push my limits in ways that I didn't even know were possible.
